Shiv Gandhi is the Chairman of VLK Group and represents the entrepreneurial foundation and long-term continuity of the organisation.

Since the Group’s establishment in 1992, its journey has been guided by a consistent commitment to quality, trusted relationships, financial prudence and long-term value creation. What began with a vision to elevate men’s fashion has developed into an integrated business with manufacturing operations, recognised apparel brands, nationwide distribution and growing industrial interests.

As Chairman, he preserves the values on which VLK Group was built while providing strategic guidance for its next phase of development. He works closely with the next generation of leadership as the Group strengthens manufacturing, product development, distribution, real estate and industrial infrastructure.
